Ms. Sandy

Ms. Hodges began her dance training with the Evelyn Ott School of Dance. During her teenage years, she was a substitute dance instructor there.  Ms. Hodges also worked for the YMCA’s before and after school children’s programs as well as the Mommy and Me swim and dance programs. 

After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in the Fine Arts as well as The Charisma Performing Company, Ms. Hodges began teaching at Virginia Ballet Theatre in 2000 and was the program director for Virginia Ballet Theatre’s satellite dance program at the Virginia Beach Recreational Centers.  Ms. Hodges has choreographed several routines for pageants throughout the Hampton Roads area as well as dance competition.  Ms. Hodges is also certified by Dance Masters of America.
